Subscriber Support


  • Subscribers who are experiencing connection issues should submit a Help Desk Ticket for support below.

  • If this is not possible please call us @ (602) 764-1856 and leave a message, or send an email to: phxdecc@phoenixunion.org

  • We provide 2 levels of support for our Subscribers:

  • "Tier 1 Support" is provided by the Partner district or school which you enrolled with. This may be their local Tech Staff, or their District Tech Staff. In most cases, this 1st level of support will solve the problem you are experiencing. If this does not, they will direct your support request to our Tier 2 support team.

  • "Tier 2 Support" is provided by the PHXDECC network team and happens on request of the Tier 1 support team. Tier 2 staff may resolve the Subscriber request remotely or will vist the Partner district, school, or subscriber's residence.

  • Services We Provide


    Internet Access

    Visit your School Office and complete a PHX DECC enrollment form. Once enrolled, you will be provided with an "in-home" wireless modem free of charge. You will then join your laptop or tablet to the PHX DECC Wi-Fi network.

    Device Access

    You will use your school-provided laptop or tablet to connect to the PHX DECC network. If you do not have a device to use, we can provide you a refurbished device at no-cost from one of our Partners. Let us know on the enrollment form if you need a devices.

    Workforce Development

    As a Workforce Development partner, Maricopa Community Colleges and many of our District partners offer classes that can propel you into a new career, increase your current skills, as well as numerous Language and GED courses.
